Cancellation Policy
Business Guidance Session Policy -Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. -Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. - If you're unavailable at the time of your scheduled session, we'll attempt to contact you twice within the first 10 minutes. If we're unable to reach you, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will apply. Sessions conclude at the scheduled finish time, regardless of late arrival. Session Duration: Business Guidance Sessions conclude at the scheduled finish time. If you'd like to continue beyond your booked session and my schedule permits, additional time is available in 30-minute increments ($75 AUD). Any extension will be discussed and agreed upon during the session before continuing and invoiced separately. Scope of Service: Business Guidance Sessions provide professional advice, education and recommendations only. Any design work, website edits, branding, content creation or implementation discussed during the session will be quoted separately unless already included within an existing Honey Graphics package. Respecting Your Booking: Each Business Guidance Session is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations, missed appointments and late arrivals impact the availability of appointments for other clients and the day-to-day operation of Honey Graphics.
