To keep your project on track and ensure fair scheduling for all clients, the following terms apply to all static graphic bundles and single purchases:
All post details must be submitted within 15 business days (3 weeks) of booking.
This includes:
The specific brief for each graphic.
Any required text, imagery, inspo, or branding elements.
Clear direction for what you want designed on each post
If full details are not received within this timeframe, your project will be marked as inactive and any remaining graphics in your bundle will be forfeited. This means no holding, rolling over, or “banking” unused graphics for future use. Ensure you select the number of graphics you KNOW you will use.
Reactivating an expired bundle will require a new booking and full payment. I do not offer a graphic 'storage system' or delayed usage model.
When you book, you're securing time in our schedule — not a long-term tab. I appreciate you respect for the process so I can deliver high quality design work with intention and flow, without affecting my current and/or future schedule.
