At Honey Graphics - Design & Branding, we're passionate about empowering small businesses. We believe in mutual support, which is why we offer cost-effective design packages that can help lower your average expenses. Our process is designed to be stress-free and boasts a high success rate.
Firstly, we'll provide you with a concise questionnaire. Your responses will serve as the brief for your design, helping us understand your vision better. This step is crucial as it lays the foundation for our brainstorming session.
Next, we'll take your requirements into account and create a proof for you. Our packages include one design concept, which we'll develop once we have your brief.
After the initial proof is sent to you, we offer up to five rounds of refinements, if needed. This ensures that the final design aligns perfectly with your vision. Once your five rounds of refinements are complete, we'll proceed to the next steps.
If you exceed the five rounds of refinements, additional charges will be incurred due to the extra time required.Should you decide to change the direction of your design, or if your brief lacks sufficient information, extra costs may be added. Rest assured, we will provide a quote before proceeding. While it's rare, design times can vary, and we can't always fit them into the same price bracket. If more time is needed due to extensive changes, we'll factor this into the process.
Please note that extremely technical drawings or illustrations may also incur additional costs due to the extra time they require.
If your package includes Instagram icons, please let us know within 4 weeks from the date of approval.
We operate under a 10-business-day policy. If we don't hear from you within 10 business days from the date we send your brief or your design proof, your design will be considered forfeited, with no refunds or reimbursements available. However, if you wish to continue with the project after this period, an extension fee of $55.00 will be applied to resume work on your design. Please make sure you understand this policy before making your booking deposit. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!

Until then, these images remain the property of Honey Graphics. Unauthorised use of Honey Graphics' work may be considered unlawful.
Please be aware that Honey Graphics cannot be held responsible for the loss of your files. We strongly recommend saving any purchased files to a USB or another secure location for safekeeping. Unauthorised copying or distribution of this artwork, especially beyond the original recipient, may also be considered unlawful.
